Our Coaches (energy-givers) primary focus is to motivate and push your child past their comfort zone while helping them become the best player (leader + teammate) they can be. We focus on mental health by ensuring everything is uplifting and by the taking pressure off them by not focusing on winning. We expose our students to a healthy level of competition, and end each day with yoga, which enhances your child’s strength, reduces anxiety , improves coordination and flexibility while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem.
