According to National Alliance for Youth Sports, around 70% of children will quit organized sports by age 13 because "it's just not fun anymore."

Our clinics keep your child engaged and having fun by teaching how to play the right way, and improving their leadership and basketball skills in a rigorous environment, so they can continue LOVING the game.

The Coaches (energy-givers) primary focus is to motivate and push your child past their comfort zone while helping them become the best player (leader + teammate). We focus on mental health by ensuring everything is uplifting and taking pressure off them by not focusing on winning.

We expose them to a healthy way of competing, and each day finishes with yoga, which enhances your child’s strength, coordination, and flexibility while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It can also reduce your child’s anxiety and stress and promote a sense of calmness.
