What stood out most about the Harvard-Westlake visit?

This weekend wasn’t just about basketball.
Yes, our teams had an incredible weekend on the court, but the greatest victory was exposing nearly 50+ members of the EMA community to what championship culture truly looks like.
Watching Coach Rebibo (@davidrebibo) and Harvard-Westlake wasn’t about learning new plays. It was about witnessing a standard.
The attention to detail.
The relationships.
The accountability.
The consistency.
Coach Rebibo reinforced something we’ve believed from day one: player development and culture always come before results.
Championships are earned through the daily process, not chased.
That philosophy is one of the many reasons Coach Rebibo has become such a dear friend and mentor to our CEO and Founder, @coach_gumbs.
We are incredibly grateful for his willingness to open his program, share his wisdom so generously, and invest in our coaches, players, and parents.
A heartfelt thank you to Coach Dave Rebibo, his staff, the student-athletes, and the entire @hwhoops community for welcoming us with such generosity.
